Community Associations and Contracts

This class will provide the participant with an understanding of the bid process, integral parts of a contract, types of contracts, contract obligations, and the all-important termination clauses and ramifications for the community association. You will also leave with knowledge focused on points of negotiation in a contract, bulk service contracts, management/maintenance contracts, how to comply with relevant statutory requirements, and how to deal with problematic contracts.
