Mr Ken Tong

Driven by an innate mission to optimise vision health and eradicate preventable blindness, Mr Ken Tong founded Eyesight.sg to elevate awareness about Myopia, which many are often incognizant towards. He delivers his mission his practice and advisory for multiple prevention bodies such as Clinical Optometry Practice (MOH), and National Myopia Prevention Programme (HPB). As the current President of the Singapore Optometric Association, and he further extends his mission through provision of curriculum advisory for the next generation of aspiring Optometrists in SP & ITE.
Ms Katherine Khoo
Nutrition Therapist @Founder of Aman Wellness
An awful experience with ill health arising from modern day work habits (work stress, poor diet low physical activity) led to her deep-set conviction with Nutritional Medicine, and has been highly passionate to pursue and share her knowledge. In 2012, Ms Katherine Khoo was certified to be a nutritional therapist and has since setup her own nutritional consultancy – Aman Wellness. She regularly provide talks specializing in Metabolic syndrome related conditions like insulin resistance, immune disorders and hormonal imbalances to educate others about prevention and recovery advice for individuals with chronic health issues. She is also an active Rotarian, as a Community Service Director with Rotary Club of Singapore East
Mervyn Chan
Mr @Thye Shan Medical Hall
A trained Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner with extensive experience in TCM, Mr Mervyn Chan has been actively assisting with the family’s TCM business – Thye Shan Medical Hall for over 20 years. After his initial exposure in retail & aviation industry as a procurement and operations specialist, he was responsible for managing the manufacturing plant, product sales and procurement for the business. He even developed herbal teas which were concocted in accordance to TCM theory for sale and distribution to major supermarkets and food courts island wide.
