Personality Disorders have long been an enigma for therapists. What do you do? How do you identify them with any clarity? Is there any treatment for clients living with them? This training will give an overview of current thought on Personality Disorders and their diagnosis. It will look at diagnosis based upon the DSM 5, and will review current research on viable treatments currently available. Time will be spent on looking at Borderline Personality Disorder, what is known about its origins, impairments, biology, and treatment, and how to remove the stigma associated with the diagnosis.

All trainings (virtual and in-person) are approved by the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers provider #20220014. All webinars provided by The Grief Center will serve as Category 1 credits for all social workers in Oklahoma.
