In that role, he ran product and business operations for the linear portfolio business, creating and deploying solutions for IP based video delivery and linear content rights management, and enabling tier-one programmers and operators to transition to OTT video delivery. Before joining Comcast, Joe led the delivery of THIS TECHNOLOGY Inc.’s dynamic ad insertion platform to leading MVPD’s and spent nearly nine years at Motorola as product owner and lead architect focused on video on demand and cloud DVR technologies.
