The information ecosystem shift on the audience had made the AMEC measurement framework more relevant than ever. Social media has also made it easier for communication professionals to gauge the reaction and sentiment from the target audience. In Indonesia, however, there are still homeworks to be done for communication professionals to move away from traditional PR measurement (i.e. PR Value or AVE) and raise their awareness on AMEC Measurement Framework.
