State-Based Baldrige Programs: The Gateway to Performance Excellence
Description
Join us as we discuss how to connect with state-based Baldrige programs and get started on your pathway to performance Excellence! This webinar will cover the Alliance for Performance Excellence which facilitates organizational excellence and US competitiveness through state and regional Baldrige processes conducted by its Members. Their key partner is the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. The Alliance was incorporated in Arizona and received 501(c)3 non-profit status in 2005. The Alliance mission is to enhance their Members’ ability to grow Baldrige-based performance excellence.
We will then hear from several state-program directors who will talk about “how to get started” using Baldrige, the state-based Baldrige process, success stories, and recommended training and preparedness strategies.
