The rise of Cloud Contact centre has been remarkable – but what comes next for the channel?
The pandemic has seen phenomenal challenges and growth in the cloud contact centre space. Customers have been demanding faster interactions and excellent service at the same time as the whole landscape of office work was changing, almost overnight. Genesys customers were at the forefront of this change and our innovative solutions gave them the ability to deal with surges in enquiries whilst providing the flexibility to relocate staff from the office to their homes.

But what comes next? As a reseller, systems integrator or independent consultant you need sustained growth and a forward-thinking partner that enables you to build out a 5-year business plan. That partner is Genesys.

As the market leader in the Contact-Centre-as-a-Service space, Genesys need more partners to continue their unprecedented growth across EMEA. Join this webinar to find out why Gartner gave Genesys the ‘highest ability to execute’ accolade in its magic quadrant for CCAAS, and how Genesys continually invests, supports and engages with its partners for greater growth and profit.
