*Through partnership with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, we offer Continuing Education Credits to social workers and counselors for a $15 fee. Instructions for attaining those will follow after completion of each webinar.

James Mulak
Director of Warrior Advocacy @Upstate Warrior Solution
James Mulak is originally from Buffalo, NY. He served in the US Marine Corps from 07/2001 to 04/2009. James deployed to Iraq in 2003 and 2004-2005. Upon returning from deployment, James transitioned to MCRD Parris Island, SC, and was an instructor in the Weapons and Field Training Battalion. James was medically retired in April 2009. He originally began his career with UWS as an Intern for his Human Services degree from Greenville Tech and became a Mission Continues fellow while he was pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Limestone College. He excelled in his fellowship position and demonstrated an aptitude for case management, ultimately earning full-time status as the Greenville case-coordinator. James graduated from Limestone in December of 2017 with a bachelor’s in social work and was recently promoted to the Director of Warrior Advocacy in May 2019. James graduated with his master’s in social work from Boise State University in May of 2021.
