Social Connection and Engagement:   Part II of Repositioning Life Plan Communities to Provide What Consumers Really Want
Health science has shown that social isolation for aging persons can be a key factor in health and disease challenges. While Life Plan Communities can be—and often are—great environments for building social connection and engagement, many communities fall short of what they could be achieving. This is a challenge that is only exacerbated in today’s pandemic environment. 

In this webinar, we will explore the challenges communities face in building social connections, and how well-intentioned efforts can inadvertently result in creating isolation rather than reducing it. We will also explore how technology can be an important tool in augmenting community efforts to build, measure and sustain engagement and social connections, and how developing strong social connection programs can help communities achieve their marketing, operations and financial goals.
