Alafair Burke
Alafair Burke is a New York Times bestselling author whose most recent novels include The Better Sister, The Wife, optioned for a feature film by Amazon, and The Ex, which was nominated for the Edgar Award for best novel. She is also the co-author of the bestselling Under Suspicion series with Mary Higgins Clark. She currently serves as the President of Mystery Writers of America and is the first woman of color to be elected to that position. A former prosecutor, she now teaches criminal law and lives in Manhattan and East Hampton.
Angie Kim
Angie Kim is a Korean immigrant, former trial lawyer, and debut author of the international bestseller and Edgar winner Miracle Creek, named a "Best Book of the Year" by Time, The Washington Post, Kirkus, and The Today Show, among others. Kim has written for Vogue, The New York Times Book Review, The Washington Post, Glamour, and numerous literary journals.
Janelle Brown
Janelle Brown is the New York Times bestselling author of the novels Pretty Things, Watch Me Disappear, All We Ever Wanted Was Everything, and This Is Where We Live. Pretty Things — named a Best Book of 2020 by Amazon – is currently being adapted for television by Nicole Kidman’s Blossom Films. Her latest, I'll Be You, will be published in April.
