Topic
AI Solutions for SMBs - Removing barriers to enabling digitalized decision making for small businesses
Description
When it comes to Artificial Intelligence for the supply chain, many SMBs immediately dismiss the option thinking that the technology will be out of their reach - and out of their budget. Not only is it possible to incorporate AI, it can also be customizable, affordable, and profitable.
In this webinar, Miebach Consulting and Optilogic will share insights into how AI solutions are not only realistic on an SMB budget, but what digital decision making can achieve for your business and how to develop your existing team's skills to get the best possible ROI.
Our case study with special guest Jonathan Parks from iGPS will walk you through the forecasting, inventory, and cost issues faced by the client, and how the custom solution developed by Miebach and Optilogic enabled more intelligent planning, within their existing business processes, without excessive investment.
