The Legal Community's Interpretation and Advice
In March of 2022, the Department of Justice released guidance on web accessibility and the ADA – Americans with Disabilities Act, describing how local and state governments and businesses can ensure that their websites are accessible to people with disabilities.

If you are still unclear about what the guidance means for you, you are not alone—we're here to help.

To help clarify the recent DOJ Web Accessibility Guidance, Accesible360's founder and renowned industry expert Michele Landis will moderate a panel of defense and plaintiff attorneys to discuss the reasoning, potential impacts of the guidance, and the path to achieving ongoing compliance.
