Webinar: Hybrid working, combatting the war on talent, and prioritising DEI

Our webinar with BigHand on 10 August will look at the key findings of an extensive resource management report published by BigHand in July, which revealed that less than one third of firms prioritise diversity, equity and inclusion when staffing legal work, despite this being a clear and growing demand among clients.

BigHand's global director for resource management, Dave Cook, will discuss the findings with Legal IT Insider's editor Caroline Hill, including looking at a developing stand-off between law firms and employees when it comes to their expectations around hybrid working.

The report canvassed a total of 836 senior staff across operations, HR, resource management and practice leader roles from firms of 50+ lawyers in North America and the UK. It highlights a significant disconnect between law firms' intentions around DEI and the reality.
