The City Experience area of Puerta de Oro Caribbean Development Company works for the relationship between citizens and spaces through activation and collective appropriation. The team is in charge of operating, managing and activating the Gran Malecón de Barranquilla, one of the city's major attractions with more than 23 million visitors since 2017 and the transformative axis that has marked the city's return to the Magdalena River. Puerta de Oro Caribbean Development Company is a simplified joint-stock company with a mixed simplified joint stock company that works to improve the quality of life in Barranquilla, Atlántico and the Barranquilla, the Atlántico and the Caribbean Region of Colombia through the structuring and development of projects that contribute to sustainable economic growth. Theoni Panteli (Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Blue Growth @Programming & Development Division of the Municipality of Piraeus) She has studied Industrial Management & Technology at the University of Piraeus and holds a postgraduate degree in Techno-Economics in Business Administration with Technology Emphasis of the National Technical University of Athens. She has a great experience, more than 22 years in the economics and finances in private and public sector. Since 2010 she has become responsible for the management and financial control of numerous European funded projects. In 2019 she led the entrepreneurship and blue growth sector, with the overall responsibility for the management of all relevant programmes in National and European level, for ensuring the effective planning, implementation, review, and monitoring of the interventions, for taking an active role in business development support, and provision of ‘start-up packages. Nowadays she is running 3 European projects: BluAct as Lead Partner and TechRevolution of the URBACT III and Gress of the INTERREG EUROPE. Olivia Zaina (Economic Development & Innovation @Municipality of Genoa) Olivia Zaina has been working for almost 4 years at the Economic development and Innovation projects Department (Municipality of Genoa). After her master's degree in Intercultural Sciences at the University of Trieste, she attended a Master course in Migration Issues and Social transformations at Ca' Foscari University (Venice) and an advanced course in Human rights at the University of Genoa. She gained a sound work experience in the third sector (social inclusion of vulnerable groups, primarily immigrants and asylum seekers; education; seafarers' welfare). In addition, she has been working since 2010 in the field of design and management of projects funded by the European Commission. At the Municipality of Genoa, she works in the framework of the Office for Innovative Projects and local development, mainly dealing with management and financial reporting of projects funded by the European Structural and Investment Funds.
