In Design Partners' latest research report, we explore the phenomenon of team flow in virtual and hybrid work.

Team flow is a mental state we experience in a group when we’re completely immersed in a task or activity, giving us a feeling of energised focus, high productivity and real enjoyment. Defined as an optimal state of consciousness, flow is accessible to everyone.
