Pandemic and RCEP: Change Before Change Changes You
COVID-19 and RCEP are a double whammy for the manufacturing industry in Malaysia. The pandemic and RCEP have put in force for the industry players to change their business model in order to remain competitive and to produce high quality products that meet the international standards. This webinar aims to enlighten the manufacturing industry about improvements that can be implemented in terms of innovation and IR4.0 and to examine the requirements under RCEP with a focus on the intellectual property (IP) norms that may require the industry to change its business model such as on trademark, patent, copyright and industrial design that can be claimed by them, as well as third party IP rights that can be legally adopted by the industry players without paying any license fee and without legal implications.

Manufacturing industry players are encouraged to join this session to learn why changes in their business model matter and how businesses can tap on the benefits of this mega FTA from the innovation and intellectual property perspective.

In conjunction with our 10th Anniversary, attendees are entitled to get FREE IP Clinic - Get a one-to-one online consultation with Adipven's IP Experts.
