Special Education Legal Updates – 2023.9.27
The workshop will consist of a review of recent developments in state and federal special education law as they apply to K-12 students in Wisconsin.

Paul Sherman has been a School Administration Consultant at the Department of Public Instruction since 2007. At DPI he serves on the Special Education Procedural Compliance Workgroup where he conducts compliance monitoring and investigates state IDEA compaints. Paul holds education and law degrees from the University of Wisconsin at Madison
