Phlebology - Venous leg ulcer (ulcus cruris venosum) – what to do?

Due to the demographic development vascular diseases and metabolic dysfunction will increase in the population and therefore also chronical skin defects like e.g. ulcus cruris venosum (UCV). In the centre of the treatment of a UCV there is always compression. A doctor will pass his or her medical knowledge and explains triggers, diagnostics and therapy of skin defects. You will learn how to support the wound healing and how to reduce a recurrence with the help of a compression treatment which is adapted to the patient.
