The Path to Ownership for Nonprofits

Come learn what it takes to get your organization ready for a real estate purchase. We will cover organizational capacity needs, review funding and financing options, and provide a window into what it means to be a property owner. Participants will take away a better sense of what it takes to put an organization on a path to buying a building.
