A set of citywide zoning changes are being considered to promote the development of new housing in existing neighborhoods.
The changes focus on lot and building regulations. If adopted, it would reduce the lot area requirements for duplexes and cottage house developments, lot widths for duplexes and townhouses, and the required street setback in Residential-Multifamily (RM) zoning districts.
At this meeting, Tulsa Planning Office staff will be on hand to provide more information about the proposed amendments, next steps, and a question-and-answer session. More info: http://tulsaplanning.org/housing
