Since joining the Firm in 2013, Millie leads a team committed to commercially aligning business objectives with regulatory expectations. In her role, Millie is responsible for the development and delivery of compliance training engagements to approximately 22,000 licensed employees in the Wealth Management Division. Millie began her career at Bear Stearns, where she held various leadership roles within the Fixed Income business and Marketing before transitioning to Compliance as the Global Head of Compliance Training. She then joined MF Global as a Global Compliance Officer. Before joining Morgan Stanley, she was with RBS and responsible for the Americas Policies and Training team. Millie currently, serves on various industry roundtables and sits on the FINRA Continuing Education Committee. Millie is committed to empowering the next generation of Latino leaders. Allan Golotko (Managing Director @Morgan Stanley) Allan Golotko is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley in the US Equity Solutions group based in New York City and is Head of Institutional Client Onboarding. He is responsible for onboarding new corporate client relationships and their employees onto the Morgan Stanley equity plan platforms and services. Prior to his current position, Allan was also responsible for Product Management and modernization of the equity plan platforms. Allan joined Morgan Stanley in August 2013 and has 32 years of industry experience, of which the last 22 have been in equity solutions. Prior to joining the firm, Allan worked at UBS where he was an Executive Director in Wealth Management and held various senior leadership positions in the Corporate Employee Financial Services group including Head of Product Management and National Sales. Allan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Iowa State University. Chenny Zhu (Executive Director - Chief Operating Officer @Morgan Stanley Family Office) Chenny Zhu most recently was CFO and Head of PMO for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Technology and has delivered change transformation and revenue impact across a variety of consumer and industrial sectors, including P&L growth of a Fortune 50 retailer's online jewelry business and managing Technology Strategy operations at Bridgewater Associates. She is highly invested in giving back, as part of the inaugural chapter of Let's Get Ready at MIT - dedicated to providing college admissions coaching to low-income students- to serving on committees for CancerCare, Hope for New York and the MIT Admissions Educational Council for the New York area. Chenny received a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering and Economics from MIT, and later returned for an MBA from MIT Sloan with a semester at London Business School. Franco LoFaro (Executive Director - Head of Client and Team Management @Graystone Consulting) Franco leads client and team management for Graystone Consulting, a business of Morgan Stanley. Franco has been with Morgan Stanley since 2009 and joined Graystone Consulting in 2014. As part of his responsibilities, Franco is committed to helping the business grow by way of working closely with consultants to attract new prospective institutional opportunities. He is responsible for leading national brand sponsorships, assisting graystone teams during the bidding process, translating the competitive environment, and connecting consultants to the various levers of the firm’s resources. In addition to driving acquisition, he is also responsible for sustaining to strategically retain the firm’s most coveted relationships. He works in partnership with consultants with intention to strengthen existing institutional client relationships when pertinent. Franco earned a B.S. in Finance from The Silberman College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Christyl Lucille has expertise Leveraging “Human Capital” to facilitate change management and strategically improve business results, with distinguished accomplishments in diversity and inclusion, talent development, communication, coaching and management consulting. Christyl Lucille has successfully driven program impact by aligning the D&I vision and strategic plan to corporate objectives, ensuring coordination and consistency across business segments, while also accommodating specific workforce, culture and geographical considerations. Christyl Lucille is an adjunct professor in Leadership and Human Capital Management at New York University (NYU.) Brent Rhoades (Executive Director @E*TRADE) Brent Rhoades, Executive Director, Is the head of Executive Services E*TRADE’s Relationship Management team. In his role, he is responsible for business development and growth initiatives. With over 23 years in the financial services industry, Brent has in-depth experience in trading, sales, and advisory services. Since joining E*TRADE in 2000, he has served in numerous leadership positions focused on serving the needs of high-net-worth clients. Brent has an interest in wood working and enjoys playing golf during his free time. He resides in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife and daughter.
