In this seminar, we will talk about different ways to manage IBS through nutrition including, an introduction to gluten-free and low FODMAP diet. As well as a discussion around the use of prebiotics and probiotics for digestive health.

Karine Boucher
Karine is a Registered Dietitian and a weight-inclusive practitioner. Karine aspires to help her clients take away the stress and worry behind eating so that they can focus on what matters most to them. Karine is passionate about providing evidence-based nutrition care that supports physical and mental health.

Karine received her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences specialising in Nutrition from the University of Ottawa. She has experience practising in various settings including Indigenous interdisciplinary primary health care team, long term care and private practice. Karine grew up on the north shores of Lake Superior but has since come to enjoy relaxing on Georgian Bay rocks.

On a normal day you could probably find Karine trying to find some way to get outside or trying to find some creative way to use her food leftovers.
