The Quality Management System standards (ISO 15189, ISO 17025, ISO 9001) require taking a process-based approach toward quality management.
This webinar will focus on the “WHAT” and “HOW “of the process management approach. It will be an interactive session focusing on the identification of processes, elements to be included in a process definition document, and how to monitor the process performance


Learning objectives of the session:
After completing the webinar, participants will be able to:
• Define process management and explain the process approach
• Identify and document processes in a laboratory
• Understand how to build a flowchart
• Monitor process performance

Target audience:
This webinar will be informational and beneficial to the laboratory professionals (Managers/ Quality officers/ Department or section heads) who are formally implementing a QMS in their respective institutions.
