Let’s use our five senses to explore staple ingredients in Mexican cooking! Students will explore fresh ingredients used in a Pico de Gallo Salsa while learning basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety.

Workshop: Students will learn how ingredients travel around the world, use Spanish vocabulary to identify key ingredients, and write easy step-by-step instructions by following a cooking procedure.
