Office of Barber and Cosmetology Licensure - Stakeholder Meeting

This Stakeholder Meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.

The purpose of the stakeholder meeting is to seek feedback regarding updates to Rules 1.2 – Licensure by Examination (regarding the accepted apprenticeship programs to meet the training requirements), 1.4 – Licensure by Endorsement (specifically military spouses), and 1.9 – Additional Practices and Training Requirements (regarding semi-permanent or permanent make up).
