Global Digital Dialogue – the first ever Global Digital Dialogue will be held virtually, from 5 to 6 September 2022. The Dialogue will be organized by the United Nations in Mongolia and the Mongolia Ministry of Digital Development and Communications (MDDC). The Global Digital Dialogue will be the first of a series of dynamic dialogues designed to share country-level experience, best practices, lessons, and challenges for nations to move towards sustainable digital transformation. Five Deep Dive Sessions will discussion: Digital for Green (led by FAO), Government as a Platform (led by MDDC), Digital transformation as an enabler to sustainable economic transformation and recover (Led by ITU), Inclusive, Equal and Meaningful Digitalization to achieve the SDGs (led by UNDP), and Digital Transformation in Education (Led by UNICEF). High Level speakers will include the Prime Minister of Mongolia, Minister of Digital Development and Communications of Mongolia, Minister of ICT of Bangladesh, the Secretary General’s Envoy on Technology, and more. Development partners, including international financial institutions like the World Bank, donors, will be joined by international and Mongolia private sector entities, civil society, think thanks and other key leaders and policy makers.
