Dr. Hans Mumm
He gained notoriety during Operation Iraqi Freedom as the officer in charge of the “Iraqi Regime Playing Cards; CENTCOM’S Top 55 Most Wanted List,” which was touted by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) as one the most successful Information Operations (IO) in the history of DIA. Due to combat injuries, he was medically retired through the Wounded Warrior Transition Program and was a direct hire to the ODNI. The successes of his teams live in history books, technology journals, and military museums. Dr. Mumm is a proven leader in a diverse set of fields, including autonomous systems, AI/machine learning, energy research, advanced fuel systems, nuclear energy use and technologies, cognitive scientific research, and all aspects of the military intelligence communities.
Rajesh Murthy
Rajesh is a multidisciplinarian helping organizations successfully address ambiguities, embrace complexities, and manage uncertainties by blending theory, research, good practices, and standards to deliver reliable, secure data-intensive high performance software systems. He is actively involved in helping organizations embrace emerging technologies, zero trust architectures, data security, reliability and enhancing their organizational capability. He was the past chair of IEEE Digital Enterprise Technologies. Currently he is the managing director of GAPASK, a company that he co-founded in 1986. He is also the Montreal Section Chair for IEEE Computer and Computational Intelligence Societies. His expertise covers the cybersecurity aspects of various complex systems, such as AI. He has found over 200 vulnerabilities and released dozens of whitepapers, two books, and two MMOC trainings, including the first Secure AI.
Purva Rajkotia
Purva Rajkotia is the Director of Global Business Strategy & Intelligence (GBSI) and the Connectivity and Telecom Practice Lead at IEEE Standards Association (IEEE SA). Prior to IEEE, Purva held leadership positions with Qualcomm, Samsung, and Disney in various capacities. Purva also held leadership positions in various standards organizations such as ITU, 3GPP, 3GPP2, CENELEC, etc. He has authored more than 100 patents granted by the USPTO (US Patent Office) and other worldwide patent organizations. He is one of the co-authors of the chapter on Powerline Communications in the book "MIMO Power Line Communications Narrow and Broadband Standards, EMC, and Advanced Processing" by CRC Press. He obtained his MSEE degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Watchorn, DMIST provides a myriad of services within the Cybersecurity industry based on his sixteen-years of active service in the United States Navy (USN) and the last several within the United States Government (USG). His work background included formal training in semantic ontologies, Big Data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence methods, theories, and cognition. As a co-founding member of the Quantum Security Alliance (QSA), he serves as Chair for the Security Reference Architecture (Q-SRA). Additionally, he is the Sub-Committee Chair for IEEE Quantum Cybersecurity for Next Generation Architectures.
