Each year NSCA collects feedback from members and the Board of Director to identify the association’s top priorities. In other words – NSCA members pay dues and, as an association, we work on tasks that our membership has prioritized.
In 2022, one of the top identified priorities is: Create an Ideal Workplace.
Indeed, workforce development is a pressing and complicated priority for many NSCA member companies. Another 2022 NSCA priority is: Redefining Talent Recruitment. NSCA’s re-energized Ignite program and the NSCA DEI Action Council play big roles there.
This particular webinar, however, challenges you to analyze your organization and company culture to understand if you’re doing enough to create employee loyalty. Are you fostering a reciprocal and beneficial relationship between company leaders and team members?
Maybe not as much as you think.
Join us for a conversation about talent. Because when you have the right talent fit, you experience increased profitability, performance, and productivity—the three essentials for any successful business. Attracting that kind of talent requires taking a close look at company culture, recruiting strategies, and retention philosophies.
Every successful business knows it’s only as good as its employees, and currently, it’s a candidate’s market. This means that top talent has their choice of employers. Therefore, it becomes fundamental for companies to enhance and maintain their employer brand to not only attract top talent, but to send the continuous message to current employees -- that the engagement drivers employees need most are top-of-mind in their work culture.
Participants will learn:
• Why onboarding is so important to your retention strategies
• Reskilling’s impact on retention
• And, how the pandemic has impacted the future of work and employee expectations
Join thought leaders from NSCA’s human resources Business Accelerator Insperity. The discussion is led by NSCA Executive Director Tom LeBlanc.
