Strive for an Ideal Workplace

Each year NSCA collects feedback from members and the Board of Director to identify the association’s top priorities. In other words – NSCA members pay dues and, as an association, we work on tasks that our membership has prioritized.

In 2022, one of the top identified priorities is: Create an Ideal Workplace.

Indeed, workforce development is a pressing and complicated priority for many NSCA member companies. Another 2022 NSCA priority is: Redefining Talent Recruitment. NSCA’s re-energized Ignite program and the NSCA DEI Action Council play big roles there.
