Onsite and online: a new reality for medical societies
The past two years have been highly disruptive for medical societies and their congress activity. Many have urgently sought new approaches to ensure they continue to engage and support their specialist communities effectively. In this webinar, Jeff Bateman (Head of Strategic Communications, Congress) and Mar Tintore (Professor of Neurology and President-elect of ECTRIMS, the European Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis) will reflect on the new reality and share their experiences. How do we improve the attendee experience? What is important to think about? How do we improve medical education? ECTRIMS 2022 will be a hybrid congress – onsite and online. What will that mean in practice?

And we answer questions from the audience.

It should be of interest to anyone who is working in and around MedComms, or who is wanting to join the business.

The webinar is free of charge and, all being well, a recording will be posted afterwards at NetworkPharma.tv.

Note we are allowing 60 minutes for the webinar and we always aim to finish promptly on time.

MedComms Networking Webinars will be run every Wednesday at 12.00 midday UK time from 02 February through to 13 July 2022. Topics will range widely, but the aim is always to be relevant to people working in and around MedComms, by which we mean medical communications, medical education and medical publishing, and anyone who wants to start.
