Dr. Anton Reece
President & CEO @West Kentucky Community & Technical College
Dr. Anton Reece has served as President of West Kentucky Community and Technical College since 2016. Dr. Reece brings 30 years of communications and higher education administration expertise and is a noted national motivational speaker, community engager, and leader. Under his leadership WKCTC is a record five-time top 10 ranked community college in the nation, ranked by Academic Influence as the 9th ranked college as featured in Forbes magazine, and Best Campus.com selected WKCTC as the number 1 ranked community and technical college in the state. Dr. Reece was recently nationally recognized for his leadership and advocacy for equity with a historic $15 million dollar gift from Philanthropist MacKenzie Scott one of the largest individual gifts awarded to a community and technical college in Kentucky and the nation.
Richie Kemp
Commonwealth's Attorney @Graves County
Richie Kemp is the founder of Kemp Law Group and serves as Graves County Commonwealth’s Attorney. Prior to being elected in 2019, Kemp served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for over 10 years. He was also an Assistant County Attorney for nearly 10 years. In these roles, Kemp prosecuted countless sexual abuse cases, assisting victims of sexual violence of all ages. Under Kemp’s leadership, multiple specialized units of prosecution were created within the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. These units include the “Vulnerable Victim Unit” which focuses its efforts on the aggressive prosecution of predators who perpetrate child sexual abuse, adult sexual violence and domestic violence. In 2020, Kemp was honored with the Child Advocacy Center Legendary Partner Award which is given to individuals who demonstrate a substantial commitment to serving children impacted by abuse.
Sherman Neal II
Football Coach @Murray State University
Sherman Neal II is an assistant football coach at Murray State University and student at the University of Miami School of Law pursuing a Masters in Law (LL.M.). Prior to joining Murray State, Sherman served ten years in the United States Marine Corps; his assignments included military justice, serving as a platoon commander, and supporting infantry operations to include (2) deployments to the Middle East. He is also an attorney experienced in family and criminal law. Sherman also serves as the Criminal Justice Advocate for the human rights organization Amnesty International in Kentucky, serves on the board of advisors for the Kentucky Rural-Urban Exchange, and volunteers with CASA in Calloway County. He is a native of Naperville, IL.
