Living Mindfully and Developing a Life Plan when Loss has Derailed You
This training is designed to explore what happens when a person's life changes, as with a significant loss. The direction that a person saw their life going may no longer be possible. The training will first focus on mindfulness, and its value in living life to the fullest.

Then the training will move to learning how to help a client explore their past life plan, and review their values, as the starting point for creating a new plan for their lives. It will include components of a workable life plan, and how to create goals and steps to accomplish them. ‘

Participants will end up with practice in writing their own life plan.
