The CFO has made the switch to a new financial system with many improvements for internal and external users. Service for DonorCentral will end July 31. After that, you must use the new Fund Manager to access fund information.
If you are a fund contact you should have received an account-activation email from email@example.com to set up your account on the new Fund Manager. We highly recommend that you whitelist or add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts list to ensure you receive system-generated emails, including gift receipts and donation notifications. The account-activation email will include “Fund Advisor Online Access Info” in the subject line.
The initial email from email@example.com will include a unique link to create your account on Fund Manager. The link will expire 30 days after you receive the email.
