Phyllis Rosenfield, Director/Producer of the above-mentioned film, will show this 75-minute documentary from the nonprofit Listening for a Change. Interviews regarding the 2017 Tubbs Fire in Sonoma were conducted from multiple perspectives to help audiences understand what is happening and to reflect on actions that can be taken now and in the future. Scientists clearly state that the window of opportunity to make lasting change shrinks daily. How can we awaken one another quickly and what can each person do to make a difference? We want viewers to leave with active hope – reflecting on the science and stories shared and considering what they can personally do to contribute to the greatest existential challenge of our planet.
