Investor Relations and Liquidity Support Programme -Kick-off Workshop

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) is pleased to invite your management and IR representative(s) to the Kick-off Workshop of the” Investor Relations and Liquidity Support Programme”, managed by Daniela Șerban, Managing Partner VERTIK, on January 19th, 2023, starting 09:30 a.m., online (via Zoom), with simultaneous translation EN-RO-EN.

The Programme is open to any listed company on the BVB that wants to improve its communication with investors and the secondary market liquidity of its shares. This will be achieved during a 9-month collaboration with a dedicated IR advisory team to design an Investor Relations and Liquidity Support Strategy and Action Plan tailored to the selected companies’ needs.

The Kick-off Workshop will introduce the Programme and create a general overview on the elements of efficient investor relations and on how listed companies could improve the secondary market liquidity of their shares.
