Bureau of Family Health's Developmental Screening Toolkit

Developed with Louisiana families and children in mind, the Developmental Screening Toolkit is an efficient and effective tool to get your practice on its way toward implementation of the much needed developmental screening tools. This webinar will teach participants how to access the resources and planning guides, a long with a step-by-step look into each of the toolkit components.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Texas Medical Association (TMA) through the joint providership of Louisiana AAP and the Louisiana Department of Health, Bureau of Family Health. The Louisiana AAP is accredited by TMA to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Louisiana AAP designates this live internet activity for a maximum of .50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Bureau of Family Health is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by Louisiana State Nurses Association Approver Unit, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. LSNA Provider No. 4003257.

Nurses must attend the entire training and complete the evaluation to receive continuing education (CE) award.
