RENALizing an Active Lifestyle
It’s never too late to start moving your body!

Join us for a webinar all about starting and staying physically active. Kevin Douillette, Master of Kinesiology Student, will address the benefits of physical activity to kidney disease, how to start moving your body in a safe way and how to progress. We will then take an active break with Yoga Instructor, Pam Martin-McDonald, who will guide us through 20 minutes of gentle, easy movements. Stick around after the active break to hear from Sarah Newman who will speak about her inspiring journey with physical activity while living with chronic kidney disease.

Moving your body and staying physically active is one of the best things you can do for your health. Staying active can help you feel good by lifting your mood, helping you sleep better at night, and helping you to manage stress. It can also help you to maintain a healthy body weight, control your blood pressure and cholesterol, and improve your mobility.
