R&R will be joined by Illinois Equity Staffing to host a nationwide town hall with community advocates for a discourse on the various employment barriers for justice impacted candidates looking to pivot to the cannabis industry. Frequently advocates, particularly in the cannabis sector, work within a silo and are unaware of the reform landscape in other jurisdictions. This town hall is designed to inform cannabis advocates on problems and solutions implemented in other regions in order to avoid tactics that have proven to be unsuccessful and replicate lessons learned in more mature markets.
Shawnee Williams, Co Founder of IL Equity Staffing and Eliana Green, reentry attorney at Root and Rebound will be co hosting and moderating this event.
Illinois Equity Staffing offers simple solutions and expert support from real people to help cannabis entrepreneurs and businesses grow their teams with confidence.
