Celebrate Canada’s Agriculture Day! Enjoy a FREE cooking lesson with Chef Trevor Randle and learn about BC foods and agriculture with a webinar from 11:00am to 11:45am on Wednesday, February 15. Chef Randle will provide expert instruction with an online cooking demonstration featuring Chocolate Espresso Lava Cakes with Crème Anglaise. BC egg farmer Kristen Poortvliet will also join this cooking session to provide fun insights on BC farming.
