She works in Reproductive medicine specialty for 9 years. She is mainly in charge for daily operation and procedures in the centre. She is also responsible for some administrative work in the centre. She also coordinates different kinds of staff training programs in the centre. Crystal’s past working experience includes employed as RN in Operation theatre and neonatal intensive care unit for 10 years. She was graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2003 and she will graduate from the master of nursing in CUHK this year. Ms. Cassandra Irvin (Senior Nurse Manager @Embrace Fertility, Adelaide, Australia) Cassandra is an experienced Fertility Nurse Specialist, beginning her career in this field in England almost 15 years ago. Cassandra is fully trained to perform venepuncture, transvaginal ultrasound and intrauterine insemination. She had also assisted in theatre for oocyte retrieval, surgical sperm collection and embryo transfer, and has provided recovery services for patients following these procedures. Cassandra graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney in 2002 with a Bachelor of Nursing and in 2015, she completed the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Nurse Certificate Course through the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). Cassandra has an interest in ongoing training and education for fertility nurses and in 2018, attained a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management through the Australian College of Nursing. Cassandra is currently the Nurse Unit Manager for Family Fertility Center in Adelaide, Australia. Professor Tin-Chiu Li (Honorary Clinical Professor in Obstetrics & Gynaecology @Prince of Wales Hospital, Chinese University of Hong Kong) Prof Li is Honorary Clinical Professor in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Prince of Wales Hospital, Chinese University of Hong Kong, head of the Union Reproductive Medicine Centre, Hong Kong and currently President of ASPIRE. Professor Li has established interests in reproductive surgery, recurrent reproductive failure and congenital and acquired uterine anomaly. He has published > 400 papers in peer-reviewed international journals. Ms. Joan Gordon Andrade (Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) @Head and Neck Cancer Institute of India (HNCII)) RN, MSc (Community Health Nursing), Six Sigma (Green Belt certified) Organizer for Maharashtra Nursing Council, India; accredited workshops More than 10 years of Nursing Experience, of which more than 7 years being in administrative role. Actively involved in various QIPs and policy making decisions for team nursing.
