So we have created our ESP, but how do you share it? How do you make it stick?
The primary focus of this session will be looking at setting the vision and enforcing electrical safety programs from a global and local standpoint. We will touch on the importance of raising awareness and ways to influence all levels of the business to understand ‘why’.
This time, we have Global Electrical Leader Joe Cunningham from GE Renewable Energy supporting us. He will be focused on how to roll out a programme that is immune to "people changes," how to do it globally, the factors you should take into account, and much more.
We also have the honour of Ashley Smith, Terminal Electrical Engineering Manager at NationalGrid. Ashley will concentrate on his personal implementation experience on a ground level, discussing Arc Flash studies, relays, and PPE with some situations for viewers to consider.
As a passionate ambassador of the #savinglives mission in electrical safety, SKANWEAR® believes it is critical to continue to educate organisations on all aspects of electrical safety, customer or not, so that we may all go home safely to our families.
As always we will be holding a live Q&A session at the end to ask any electrical safety based questions you may have from the session.
In this 1:00 hour session we will cover:
• Setting the vision and enforcing the purpose from the ESP
• Making the ES program immune to “people-changes”.
• Global and Local Rollout
• Quick, meaningful tips and wins to implement
• Case studies, past experiences and interactive content
