Description
We'll explore the key issues when developing relationships with suppliers, customers and other partners. We'll explore the business path that IP takes, and the ways it can leak out. As well as discussing basic IP strategy for semiconductor and electronics businesses, we’ll take a closer look at how IP strategy should be developed when partnerships with third parties will be a key part of your growth. We'll provide examples about the benefits of getting it right, and what can go wrong. We’ll also offer practical tips when entering into IP-sharing agreements, with suppliers, collaborators and customers. Anne McAleer Anne has worked in the development, management and licensing of IP in the semiconductor and mobile comms industry for more than 20 years and has experience of working both in start-ups and in large corporations. As Head of IP at Paragraf, she's responsible for the definition and implementation of Paragraf’s strategy to maximise the value of its IP in graphene electronics. Paragraf’s ground-breaking deposition technology enables manufacture of graphene devices at scale. Andrew Thompson A patent attorney with a background in semiconductors and electronics.
