Street Impact Fee Webinar (Small-Scale Developers)

Members of the Austin Transportation Department will discuss and answer questions about the Street Impact Fee (SIF), which will take effect on June 22, 2022. The fee will impact building permits issued on or after that date, and the SIF must be paid prior to obtaining a building permit.

This webinar, hosted via Zoom, is focused on addressing the needs of small-scale developers. This will be similar to the webinar Austin Transportation hosted on April 20, 2022.
