AVOIDING Electrosurgery Catastrophes with Bipolar and Monopolar Devices!
Electrosurgery is used in millions of surgeries per year to stop hemorrhages. Unfortunately, while it is one of the most-used surgical techniques, electrosurgery is the least understood and least appreciated by surgeons. Many surgeons and O. R staff aren’t aware of the newest developments in electrosurgery, designed to make them safer and up to 5 minutes faster per case in the O.R. Join Dr. Louis Cornacchia, neuro- and spinal surgeon for a deep dive into the two types of electrocautery, advantages & disadvantages of each method, and a ground-breaking new FDA approved tool already in use in hospitals across the nation.

Learn how to:

Understand the risks associated with monopolar and bipolar electrosurgery instruments
Reduce hemorrhage time and other risks for your patients by using better techniques
Minimize fatigue for you and your OR staff
Understand the benefits of the newly released BiPAD hand switch and see our value proposition paper
