Helping Local Cavity Nesters in Pinellas

Some birds use nest boxes (aka bird houses) while others build nests on branches or in the grass. Before installing a birdhouse, you should learn about which species might be looking for some new real estate. In this program, you will learn about "cavity-nesters," the category of bird most likely to move into a birdhouse. You will also learn about their real estate preferences and how to choose a good spot for a birdhouse.
