Sláintecare in partnership with the HSE is pleased to invite you to the Sláintecare Right Care Right Place Right Time webinar –‘Supporting our workforce to deliver Enhanced Community Care’ which is taking place on Thursday 29th September from 3.30pm to 5pm.
The focus on this webinar is supporting our workforce to deliver enhanced community care. The Integrated Care Programme for the prevention and management of Chronic Disease worked in collaboration with Higher Education Institutions in Ireland 2016-2019 to develop and commence the implementation of a National Standard Undergraduate Curriculum for the prevention and management of Chronic disease. During the webinar we will also have an opportunity to hear from patients, to hear first-hand the impact of the curriculum on services and the benefits for patients.
The aim of this webinar is to:
- Highlight the developments and impacts of the Sláintecare funded investments in services for patients for the management and prevention of chronic disease through the Enhanced Community Care Programme Community Specialist teams.
- Showcase the impacts of the National Standard Undergraduate Curriculum on services and the benefits for patients.

- HEI staff – Staff working in Higher Education Institutions educating the healthcare professionals of the future, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
