Topic
Older workers: Challenges & Insights
Description
In its second year, workingwise.co.uk has launched its #AgeDiversity campaign which includes National Older Workers Week. Drawing on research and best practice, its aim is to help organisations develop policies and procedures that both attract and retain older workers and ensure their organisation is age diverse.
Join us for our first event during National Older Workers Week. This event aims to give you an up-to-date view on the current situation to help you implement and improve age diversity policies and practices.
Along with revealing the results of our annual workingwise.co.uk candidate survey, we will also be discussing common issues that older workers face within the workplace.
We will be joined by experts in this field including: Caroline Waters, Deputy Chair of the EHRC and Vice President of Carers UK and Patrick Thomson, formerly from the Centre of Ageing Better, now Head of Research Analysis and Policy at Phoenix Insights.
Make informed decisions on your future policies for older workers, join us.
