Tim Burnhope has held the role of Chief Innovation and Growth Officer at JCB since January 2012. Prior to this, Tim held numerous roles at JCB including: Group Managing Director of Product Development, MD of JCB Sales, Director of European Sales, and MD of both the Loadall and Backhoe Loader Business Units. Tim holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Northumbria, and an MBA from Newcastle University Business School. Tim is a Chartered Engineer and is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and the Institute of Agricultural Engineers.
DEEPAK SHEKHAR
PRODUCT MANAGER E-MOBILITY SOLUTIONS @SCANIA
Deepak Shekhar works as a global product manager for Scania Group’s E-Mobility business based at the company’s headquarters in Sweden. Prior to his current role he worked at Valeo powertrain systems as a product manager for electrification. He has more than 5 years of experience with electrification and transmission systems for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

When it comes to innovating for a more sustainable world, Amy Davis is at the forefront as Vice President and President –New Power at Cummins. In this role, Amy leads the company's fifth and newest business segment, which pioneers and manufactures emerging and cutting-edge alternative power technologies. With a team of more than 800 innovators across four continents, Amy pushes the boundaries of technology, accelerating the possibilities of electrified, fuel cell and hydrogen products in commercial and industrial markets. Amy joined Cummins in 1994 and has held numerous leadership roles across the company. Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President of the $1.2-billion Filtration business, where she achieved record revenues and profits. Amy previously served as President of the Cummins Northeast distributor as an owner, where she transformed a small business into a high-growth, customer-driven operation and again saw significant revenue and profit increases.
BENJAMIN OSZFOLK
SYSTEM ENGINEER - FUEL CELL ENERGY SYSTEMS MARINE @ROLLS-ROYCE POWER SYSTEMS, GERMANY
Benjamin Oszfolk studied mechanical engineering at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Ravensburg. After his study he joined Rolls-Royce Power Systems’ pre-development department as a design engineer for diesel engine components. With Rolls-Royce Power Systems increasing the focus onto system solutions, he joined the hybrid development as a system architect for hybrid propulsion systems. After seven years in the hybrid team, he took over the role of the system engineer for Fuel Cell Energy Systems Marine in Rolls-Royce Power Systems newly built organizational unit Power Lab.

EAD OF ELECTRIC SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT FOR OFF HIGHWAY APPLICATION @ZF OFF HIGHWAY BUSINESS UNIT
David Stockbauer-Muhr is Head of Electric Systems Development for Off Highway Application. He has the global development responsibility for eMobility components and Systems Engineering. David has over 10 years’ experience in various engineering and project management positions within the ZF Off Highway Business Unit. He has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Regensburg.
PETER TEPFENHART
PRODUCT MANAGER FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY SYSTEMS @ZF
Peter Tepfenhart is Product Manager for Construction Machinery Systems at ZF. He has global responsibility for all axle and transmission systems including electrified drivetrains. Peter has over 15 years’ experience in the industry in various engineering and sales positions within the ZF Construction Machinery Product Line. He has a degree in engineering from the Technical University of Ilmenau and holds a certificate as technical business economist from Deggendorf Institute of Technology.
