It may not seem obvious at first, but even solo and small firm attorneys can do their part to make equity, diversity, and inclusion key elements of their practice. While you may not be in a place to hire diverse associates, you can still show up for EDI in ways that reflect who you and your firm are, whether it be by supporting diversity bars, listening to diverse lawyers, or finding ways to serve diverse clients.
