The purpose of this Emergency Rulemaking Hearing is to allow stakeholders to testify before the Commission determines on proposed revisions to Rules 1.3, 1.9, 1.10 and 1.17. The purpose is to comply with the recent safety standards promulgated by the ASSOCIATION OF BOXING COMMISSIONS AND COMBATIVE SPORTS as codified in the UNIFIED RULES OF MIXED MARTIAL ARTS.
