International partnership development and institutional network building are key parts of internationalisation and global engagement. The IC Cafe and APAIE are keen to support our members by facilitating opportunities to make connections that lead to mutually beneficial and impactful partnerships.
In this week’s IC Global Cafe in collaboration with APAIE, ‘Regional Insight: Japan and Hong Kong Institutional International Partnership Development’, we will hear from two APAIE board members, who are also senior executives at their institutions, about their institutional and national approaches to partnership development. They will share some examples of successful partnerships and why they have been so successful, as well as what they are looking for from global institutions, keen to partner with institutions in Japan and/or Hong Kong. We will also talk briefly about the countries’ ambitions around internationalisation and global engagement and models of regional institutional partnership development.
Our guest speakers are:
Professor Suk-Ying Wong, Associate Vice President, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, APAIE Board Members
Professor Motohiro Tsuchiya, Vice-President for Global Engagement, Keio University, APAIE Board Members
